• Air-Con open doors on March 1, 2000
• Air-Con opens first store in Caparra in May
• Air-Con open second store in Bayamón in August

2003
• Air-Con International is open in Miramar, Florida
• Air-Con becomes the largest Daikin distributor in Latin-America
• Air-Con start with its own “Air-Con” brand
• Air-Con open store in Río Piedras

2004
• Air-Con open store in Ponce

2005
• Air-Con is awarded by Ernst & Young as the Best Distribution Company in Puerto Rico
• Air-Con open store in Mayaguez

2007
• Air-Con has obtained the Daikin distribution rights for the Caribbean Islands where there is no distributor
• Air-Con has become a leader in the Puerto Rico market
